Shipping policy
All Treloom products are digital PDF downloads — nothing is physically shipped.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your guide is delivered two ways:
- By email — a download email is sent to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes of purchase. If it hasn't arrived, please check your spam or promotions folder.
- On your order page — an "Access downloads" button appears on your order confirmation page and on your order status page, so you can retrieve your files any time.
Your guides are yours to keep for personal use: download them to any device — phone, tablet, or computer — and print the printable pages.
Haven't received your download? First check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address on your order is correct. If you still can't find it within an hour of purchase, email hello@treloom.com with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.
Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is required.
